He was predeceased by: his parents, Minert Pannkuk and Sadie Pannkuk (Ruter); and his wife Katy. He is survived by: his children, Bruce Pannkuk (Stephanie), Craig Pannkuk (Laura Groom) and Annette Schryvers (Craig); his sister Joyce McPhillips; his grandchildren, Drake, Ian Pannkuk, Carley Reisen, Ben Schwarz (Dana), Cameron Groom (Katie), Drew Groom (Jillian), Evan Groom, Eryn Schryvers, Tori Schyvers, Sean Schyvers and Nick Schyvers; his great grandchildren, Jasper and Johnny Schwarz; and his brother Ronnie Pannkuk. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Friday, March 28th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Burke-Tubbs Funeral Homes - Forreston (203 3rd Ave, Forreston, IL 61030). A funeral service was held on Saturday, March 29th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the North Grove Evangelical Church (10384 W Coffman Rd, Forreston, IL 61030).
