He is survived by: his daughter Pam White of Forreston; his grandchildren, Amber White of Forreston, Ben White of Forreston and Ashley White of Sterling; and his great grandchild Aubri Nares of Sterling.
In lieu of flowers a memorial has been established for the Serenity Home in Oregon, IL.
