She is survived by: her daughters, Kelly Ludwig Orth and Amy Ludwig Adkins; her grandchildren, Carson Swalve, Elyse Adkins, Paxton Orth and Garrett Adkins; her great grandchild Declan Hartman; and her siblings, Barbara Toomsen (Stanley) of Shannon and Harlan Smith of Rockford.
