She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Bornemeier and Gertrude Bornemeier (Ruter); her husband Virgil Hayunga; her sisters, Betty Hepler, Sally Fager and Linda Brinkman; and her granddaughter Bridgett Johnson.
She is survived by: her sons, Terry Hayunga (Tina) of Winona, MN, Tom Hayunga (Joey) of Freeport, IL and Tim Hayunga (Gina) of Roscoe, IL; and her sisters, Doris Pittsley, Joann Coffman (Lyle) and Nylia Swalve (Darrel).
Visitation was held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Burke Tubbs Funeral Home - Freeport (504 N Walnut Ave, Freeport, IL 61032). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 1:45 PM at the same location.
