He was predeceased by: his parents, Benjamin Wiegand and Caroline Wiegand (Moser); his wife Ruth; and his siblings, Lester Wiegand, Paul Wiegand, Laverne Wiegand, Joe Wiegand, Ben Wiegand and Carolyn Butikofer.
He is survived by: his siblings, David Wiegand (Ethel) of Forrest, IL, Leona Steffen (Melvin) of Fairbury, IL, Edith Zimmerman of Morton, IL and Virginia Hilti of Pontiac, IL. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
