He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald F. Ryder and Marilyn D. Ryder (Grieff); his grandson Jack C. Ryder; and his brother-in-law Rocky L. Olson. He is survived by: his children, Brad T. Ryder (Megan) of Coal City, Eric D. Ryder (Tiffany) of Symerton, Blake C. Ryder (Mandi) of Coal City and Emily K. Haywood (August) of Forrest; his grandchildren, Brynne N. Ryder, Haelyn J. Haywood, Knox B. Haywood and Benjamin W. Ryder; his stepgrandsons, Brendon Shirey, Blaine Shirey and Blake Shirey; and his siblings, Don Ryder (Marlene) of Morris and Sue Olson of Morris. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
