She was predeceased by: her parents, James W. and Katherine Margaret Talbot Folwell Jr.; her siblings, Toni Ann Hembree, Glenna Marie Folwell, Terry Lee Folwell and James W. Folwell III; and her sister-in-law Kathleen Rollind Folwell.

She is survived by: her son Tyler J. Schaffer.

The family suggests memorials be given to the First Baptist Church, Fairbury.
