She was predeceased by: her parents, George Hack and Mae Meister Hack; her sister Connie Hack; her niece Michelle Hack; and her son-in-law Michael Somers.
She is survived by: her children, Amy Cabbage (Jon), Tracy Somers and Sean Palmore (Christine); her grandchildren, Kendra Cabbage-Angle (Jesse), Dakota Cabbage (Lauren), Kaylan Marti (Jordan), Courtney Somers, Casanndra Boffa (Daniel) of Chula Vista, CA, Collier Palmore, Cooper Palmore and Camden Palmore; her great grandchildren, Everett and Emery Marti; and her brothers, Jon Hack of Greeley, CO and James Hack of Greeley, CO.
Memorials can be given to the family or the American Heart Association as their continued research saves lives, especially the life of her first-born great grandson.
