She was predeceased by: her parents, William Stewart and Mary Rowland (Gardner); her husband Milton Farney; her son Steven Rutan; and her siblings, Bertha Rowland, Charles, Archie, Chester, Robert and Leon Rowland.
She is survived by: her daughter Dawn Moutray (Michael) of Varna, IL; her grandsons, Tyler Moutray (Kate) and Ryan Moutray (Brittney); her great grandchildren, Avery, Morgan and Taylor; her close friend Jan Quivey; her stepchildren, David Farney (Mary), Douglas Farney (Connie) and Karen Muir (Greg); and her stepgrandchildren, Mark, Matthew, Jon, Aaron, Ryan, Tracy and Brooke.
