It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Viola A. Polak (Forest Park, Illinois), who passed away on May 12, 2019, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her children, Joseph, David, John (Susan), Carol and James (Sandra); her grandchildren, Kyle B., Kyle P., Paige, Brooke, Hunter and Savannah; and her brothers, Richard Adamo and John Adamo.

“I just now found out about Viola. She and I used to write to each other. I wondered why I have not heard from her so I looked on my computer and was shocked to find out she was gone. I offer my deepest sympathy to her family. She used to mention Carol quite often. I did not call her because I lost my oldest son last year. That was my second son I lost and I was not up to talking to anyone. Vi and I have known each other since high school. You can reach me at 847-678-1284.”
