She was predeceased by: her parents, Beverley Walker and Vera Walker; and her daughter Jennifer Mokhiber. She is survived by: her husband Timothy O'Toole of Forest Park; her brothers, Patrick Walker (Darlene) of Lakewood, NY, John Walker (Carol) of Falconer, NY and Sean Walker (Da) of Chiang Mei, Thailand; her stepson Patrick Wolfe (Laura) of Cicero, IN; and her pets, Poppy, Apollo and Purru. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
