She was predeceased by: her husband William J.; and her siblings, Alfred Bartosik (late Lorraine), Leonard Bartosik and Dr. Delphine Bartosik (Sally Winters). She is survived by: her children, James Daniel, Thomas Daniel (Winda) and Kathleen Monks (David); her grandchildren, Dr. Kimberley Sikora (Alex), Dr. Allison Brackin (Sean), James Monks (Sarah), Robert, Jeffrey, Matthew Monks, Veronica and William Daniel; and her great grandchild Elsie Sikora.
In lieu of flowers, a donation in Lolita's name to the Alzheimer's Association would be appreciated.
