He is survived by: his wife Cathleen "Cathy"; his children, Daniel (Lisa), Christopher (Melissa) and Cassandra Torres (Vincent); his grandchildren, Rocky Torres, Angelo Garza, Rowan Torres, Reagen Torres, Sabrina Garza and Andrew Garza; his siblings, Homero "Tony" (Laura), Edna Garza and Dora Troupis (Andrew); his siblings-in-law, Colleen, Michaeleen Nutley, Elizabeth DeMent (James), Daniel (Jessica) and Joyce; his nieces and nephews, Jessica, Zachary Garza, Ashton, Ariel Troupis, Javon Erves, Alana Gray, Colette, Samantha Nutley and Richard Sheahan; and also Ramses.
Visitation was held on Sunday, November 10th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Kuratko-Nosek Funeral Home and Cremation Services (2447 Desplaines Ave, North Riverside, IL 60546). A funeral service was held on Sunday, November 10th 2024 at 5:00 PM at the same location. A prayer was held on Monday, November 11th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 9:15 AM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Monday, November 11th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the St. Mary Church (126 Herrick Rd, Riverside, IL 60546). A burial was held on Monday, November 11th 2024 at the Mount Auburn Cemetery (4101 S Oak Park Ave, Stickney, IL 60402).
