He was predeceased by: his brother Jerry. He is survived by: his wife Elisa Nebel of Forest City; his children, Ronelle Chapman Seibold (Zachary) of Madison, TN, Sarah Gibson Boehl (Aaron) of Havana, Nicholas Gibson of Forest City, Joe Chapman (Kelly) of Tennessee and Nancy Chapman of Quincy, IL; and his siblings, Evelyn McCormick, Shirley Weaver, Donna Wells, Larry Chapman and Donnie Chapman. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren, and his beloved companion.
