He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy White and Julia White (Heyl); and his sons, Greg and Jeff White. He is survived by: his wife Zoe White; his son Eric White (Jennifer) of Forest City; and his grandchildren, Collin, Evan and Maia White.

Memorial donations may be made in Norman's name to Forest City-Manito Rotary Club.
