He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Roberson and Maude Roberson (Walker); his children, Ruby Roberson Johnson and Forrest Roberson; his great grandchild Alyssa Faith Meredith; and his sisters, Georgia Driver, Carrie Hale and Marie Ramsy.
He is survived by: his wife Rita Bohannon; his daughter Carrie Meiner (Dean) of Forest City; his grandsons, Joe Meredith of Peoria, Charles Meiner (Vickie) of Bishop, Jordan Meredith (Nicki) of Peoria and Michael Meiner of Forest City; his siblings, Janice Duggins (Gary), Nora Koelling of Hammond, Indiana, Gerald (Bonnie), Lonnie Koelling (Bonita) and Dale Koelling of Mammoth Springs, Arkansas; and his stepbrother Virgil Ray (Sandra) of California. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
