Ruben Chuquimia M.D. Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ruben Chuquimia M. D. (Flossmoor, Illinois), who passed away on February 1, 2020, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Eleodoro Chuquimia and Mercedes Chuquimia (Cervantes); his wife Olga Kanashiro; his sons, Ruben (Angela) and Roland (Noemi); his grandchildren, Gabrielle, Carter, Francesca Chuquimia and Jaylene Roman; and his siblings, Armando, Ezequiel Chuquimia and Lillia Dueñas. He was also cherished by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorials to IL-PAMS (Illinois Peruvian American Medical Society) would be appreciated.
