He was predeceased by: his wife Anna Mae; his parents, Patrick and Luna; and his brother Jack. He is survived by: his children, Pat (Diane), Mary Ann Murray (Don), Michael (Kristin), Donna Connolly (Conn), Thom (Lesley) and Mandy.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, March 2nd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Tews-Ryan Funeral Home (18230 Dixie Hwy, Homewood, IL 60430). A prayer will be held on Monday, March 3rd 2025 from 9:45 AM to 10:00 AM at the same location. A funeral Mass will be held on Monday, March 3rd 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the St. Veronica Catholic Church (1131 Douglas Ave, Flossmoor, IL 60422). A burial will be held on Monday, March 3rd 2025 at the Assumption Cemetery (19500 S Cottage Grove Ave, Glenwood, IL 60430).
