He was predeceased by: his father John H. Bryan; his brothers, Donald L. and John H. Bryan, Jr.; his granddaughter Lydia Bryan; and his mother Nellie A. Hoffman.
He is survived by: his wife Dorothy E. Bryan; his children, Kathleen Vance (late Timothy Vance) of Urbana, IL, James D. Bryan (Susan) of Cape Coral, FL, Robert Bryan (Audrey) of Dayton, TX and Judith Ziehm (Jeff) of Dallas, TX; his grandchildren, David Worn, Shannon Vance, James M. Bryan, Elizabeth Kruizenga, Suzannah, Adelaide, Johanna Bryan, Alexandra and Rebecca Ziehm; his great grandchildren, Sawyer, Oliver Worn, James S., Jake Bryan, Emilia and Theodore; his sister-in-law Carol Bryan; and his nieces, Mara Bryan and Rena Bryan Jacobs.
Due to COVID restrictions the family requests that all guests wear a face mask and maintain social distance.
