He was predeceased by: his parents, Bobbie Gene and Katheryn Maybell Carter (Connerley); and his granddaughter Rozzalynn Kate Carter. He is survived by: his wife Betty Carter of Flora; his sons, Jeremy Carter of Casey and Jarrod Carter (Ginny) of Flora; his stepchildren, Jamie Willis of Flora, Shayne Cosner (Heather) of Flora and Dakota Cosner of Flora; his grandchildren, Rhyver, Cayne, Blaze, Bryar, Ethan, Garrett, Serenity, Libertee, Talon, Harmony, Jaxon, Miayah, Tiegan, Kaidince, Jaidyn, Kaylee, Deanna and Ceyerah; his great grandchildren, Jace, Eden, Karsyn, Wyatt and Camden; his sister Karen Watkins (Lee) of Flora; and his nephew Calvin Watkins of Flora.
Memorial donations are suggested to the family to assist with final expenses and will be accepted through the funeral home.
