She was predeceased by: her husband Charles Wayne Streight; and her parents, Mary "Puz" Medford and Gilbert Eldon Medford. She is survived by: her sons, Shane Streight (Katelyn) of Ackley, Iowa and Christopher Streight of Flora, Illinois; her grandchildren, Mersadez "Sadie" Streight of Lake Charles, Hudson Streight of Ackley, Caydin Streight of Heyworth, Mallory Modro (Daniel) and Dylan Peterson of Houston, Texas; her great grandchildren, April Fortner of Beaver Falls and Danny Modro of Beaver Falls; and her siblings, Lynn Elam of Camdenton, Missouri, Lorna Fester (Kenny) of Dow, Illinois, Harold Medford (Traci) of Godfrey, Illinois and George Medford of Brighton, Illinois. She is also survived by 8 nieces; 4 nephews; 26 great nieces and nephews; 1 great great nephew.
The family is asking that In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Frank & Bright funeral home to cover final expenses.
