He is survived by: his mother Norma Jean Hargis (Stanford) of Flora; his wife Donna Hargis of Flora; his children, Topper Eastin of Flora, Logan Hargis (Deonna) of Flora, Travis Hargis (Kristy) of St. Augustine, Misty Gill (Mitch) of Bible Grove, Kim Smerdel (CJ) of Indianapolis and Chris Smith of Louisville; his grandchildren, Madison, Paisley, Briar, Lynnlee, Linux, Evelyn, Emilia, Ava, Ellie, Luke, Rosemary and Eleanor; his siblings, Becky Belcher (Chuck) of McLeansboro and Randy Hargis (Lisa) of Flora; his sister-in-law Doris Griffith; and his pet Bridger. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
