He was predeceased by: his parents, Eldon Everett and Alta Mae Booth (Forsythe); and his brother Charles E. Booth. He is survived by: his wife Clara Booth of Flora; his sons, Calvin Booth (Robin) of Flora and Anthony Booth (Judy) of Flora; his grandchildren, Brittany Booth (Dillon Holloway) of Champaign, Ashley Booth of Champaign, Avery of Flora and Quincy Booth of Flora; his brother Marcus Pat Booth of Flora; and his close friends, Dave Johnson and Barb Milligan.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations are appreciated towards any charity of the donor's choice, and these will be accepted through the funeral home.
