She was predeceased by: her parents, Burlie F. Butcher and Clela Butcher (Malone); her husband Harvey Thomas Tibbs; her daughter Teresa; her daughter-in-law Elaine Tibbs; and her granddaughter Lori Tibbs.

She is survived by: her son Marvin Tibbs (Brenda) of Flora; her granddaughters, Kristie Franzen (Steven) and Jamie Justice (Mike); and her great grandchildren, Emma DeYong, Regan Franzen, Jake Franzen, Taylor Franzen, Lainey Justice, Braden Justice and William Justice.

Memorial donations are suggested to Clay County Cancer Crusaders, and these will be accepted through the funeral home.
