Bates III, Victoria Lynn Bates, Barron Trapone and Theodore Benjamin Hemrich; and his siblings, Greg Eugene Ashley of Xenia, Connie Zerrusen of Effingham, Beverly Lynn Guinn of Louisville, Julie Hurd of Flora, Robin Mae Wattles of Clay City and Tina Gumbel of Louisville.
