He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore Winka and Mary Winka (Rozanski); and his sister Lucille Winka. He is survived by: his wife Irene Winka of Flora; his children, Mike Winka (Tina) of Flora, Debbie Keller of Olney, Mark Winka (Janet) of Xenia, Tracy Winka of St. Louis, MO and Brent Winka of Flora; his grandchildren, Lindsay Keller Andrews, Josh Winka, Matthew Winka, Hailey Winka, Ryan Winka, Nicholas Winka, Brooke Winka and Jordan Winka; and his great grandchildren, Keller, Harper and Nora.
Memorial donations are suggested to Clay County Cutters and Strutters JAKES event or Clay County Cancer Crusaders and will be accepted through the funeral home.
