He was predeceased by: his parent John C. Evilsizer; his grandparents, Fred and Shirley Harlow; his nephew Isaiah Snowden; his uncle Joe Evilsizer; and his close friend Jonnie Atkisson.
He is survived by: his mother Sheery Evilsizer (Don Fry) of Flora; his children, Haiden Atkisson and Layna Evilsizer; and his siblings, Curt Scott of Centralia, Jessie Scott (Joyce) of Mt. Vernon, John Evilsizer of Shorewood, Kristy Simmons of Glen Carbon, Scott Fry of Maryland Heights and Misty Gosda of Decatur. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
