She was predeceased by: her parents, Otto Neubold and Marie Neubold (Holzapfel); her son David Billingsley; her grandson Tony Billingsley; and her sister Hilde Neubold Bruesch.
She is survived by: her husband Ed Billingsley of Flora; her son Richard (Cathy); her daughter-in-law Melissa Beert of Flora; her grandchildren, Tristan Billingsley of Columbia, MO, Chynna Billingsley LoRusso (Josiah) of Kirkwood, MO and Jonathon Billingsley (Jesteen) of Flora; her sisters, Trudy Newbold of Flora and Karin Neubold Boerner of Ludwigsburg, Germany; and her nephew Rudiger Bruesch of Muelacker, Germany.. She is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
