He is survived by: his wife Julie Nichols of Flora; his daughters, Avy Suntrup (Matthew) of Indianapolis and Courtney Keller (Todd) of Naples, Florida; his siblings, Harvey Nichols (Paula) of Edmond and Glenda Oliver (Carl) of McAlester, Oklahoma; his father-in-law George Dickinson; his nephews, John Harrison (Lisa) of Loveland, Tim Nichols of Oklahoma City and Dusty Nichols (Kelli) of Edmond, Oklahoma; and his pet Tucker.
