He was predeceased by: his parents, David Eugene and Sue Ellen Gibson (Rose); and his brother David Allen Gibson. He is survived by: his wife Cathy Gibson of Flora; his children, Shawn Gibson (Alison) of Flora and Victoria Tomlinson Gilliland (Sean) of Hilliard, Ohio; his grandchildren, Emily, Zachary Tomlinson of Lexington, Kaitlyn Gibson of Ohio, Hayden Gibson of Fort Sam, Shannon Hartke (Austin) of Watson and Damian Homer of Las Vegas, Nevada; and his brother Richard Gibson (Jessie) of Central City, Kentucky.. He is also survived by 3 great-grandchildren.
Memorial donations are suggested to the family for expenses, and these will be accepted through the funeral home.
