He was predeceased by: his parents, Meryl Eugene Woods and Edith Ann Woods (Sampson); and his siblings, Eddie Lee Woods, Maureen Hagen and Debbie Ann Bunting.
He is survived by: his son Josh Woods (Becky) of Xenia; his grandchildren, Lauryn Woods, Allie Woods and Jace Woods; his brother Rick Woods of Vincennes, Indiana; and his brother-in-law Frank Hagen of Noble. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorial donations are suggested to the Clay County Cancer Crusaders or the Clay County Cancer Support Group, and these will be accepted through the funeral home.
