She is survived by: her parent Alice Smith (Chadwick); her spouse Wally James Butts; her sons, George Betts (Anita Boonen) of Raleigh, Michael Butts of Chula Vista and David Butts (Denise) of Monroe, Georgia; her grandsons, Andrew Betts (Julie) and Adam Betts (Laura); and her great grandchildren, Lee and Elliott.
