It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Larry Cain of Flora, Illinois, born in Mattoon, Illinois, who passed away on November 30, 2023, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert L. Cain and Eleanor M. Cain (Honn); his son Jason Andrew Cain; and his brother Robert D. Cain. He is survived by: his daughter Jennifer Gates (Darren) of Flora; his grandchildren, Bryce Kapper (Courtney) of Clarksville, Myles Kapper (Makenzie) of Flora and Rylee Uebinger of Flora; his great grandchild Graesyn Kapper; his sister Lynn Cain (Kathy Mitchell) of Mattoon; and his niece Ashley Cain.
Memorial donations are suggested to Fur a Good Paws or Clay County Animal Rescue & Shelter (CCARS) and these will be accepted through the funeral home.
