It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jon Masters of Flora, Illinois, who passed away on January 11, 2024, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Lynn Masters and Johannah Jane Masters (Glassford); his siblings, Janette Masters Gresham, Teri Masters Dhom and Nelson Masters; and his brother-in-law Carl Johnson.
He is survived by: his wife Connie Masters of Flora; his children, Wendy Masters Bunnell (Dusty Beccue) of Flora, Jon C. Masters (Nikki) of Flora and Robyn Masters Stanford (Luke) of Flora; his grandchildren, Adam Bunnell, Emma Bunnell, Ellie Bunnell, Abriana Williams, Brayden Masters, River Masters, Briar Masters, Dakota Spitzner, Rosalynn Stanford and Cash Stanford; his sister Lisa Masters Erbacher of Flora; his mother-in-law Shirley Blackwell Burdine of Flora; his siblings-in-law, Norma Masters of Florissant, Missouri, Brenda Perry (Sonny) of Flora, April Kirkpatrick (Joe Decker) of Flora, Jane Gregory (Darrell) of Effingham, Kim Smith (Mark) of Flora and Bobby Johnson (Kathy) of Flora; and his pets, Babette and Janko.
Memorial donations are suggested to Flora First Methodist Church or Meals on Wheels, and these will be accepted through the funeral home.
