It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jim Ross (Flora, Illinois), born in Clay City, Illinois, who passed away on February 9, 2020, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Solomon Ross and Leora A. Ross (Travis); his daughter Cherie Wolfe; and his siblings, Margaret Davis, Ishmael Davis, Frieda Wolfe, Paul Ross and Bernice Wood.
He is survived by: his daughter Shirley Guerrettaz (late George) of Coatsville, IN; his close friend JoAnn Dowty of Flora; his grandsons, David Guerrettaz of Evansville, IN, Mark Guerrettaz of Avon, IN, Justin Wolfe and Tyler Wolfe; his stepdaughter Debrah Barnes of Branson, MO; and his stepgranddaughters, Elizabeth and Pamela of Branson, MO. He is also survived by 6 step-great-grandchildren.
