She was predeceased by: her parents, Louie Robert and Evalena Selma Thompson (Coble); her husband John Samuel Cox; her brothers, R. L. Thompson and Sam Thompson; her son-in-law Duane Stanley; and her sisters-in-law, Marjorie Thompson and Bertha Thompson.
She is survived by: her children, Teresa Stanley of Flora and Rick Cox of Flora; her grandsons, Rodney Keck (Jamie) of Flora and Ryan Keck (Amy) of Olney; and her great grandchildren, Jarod, Dallas, Kamille and Kamden Keck. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorial donations are suggested to Rusk Cemetery or Clay County Cancer Crusaders, and these will be accepted through the funeral home.
