He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard E. Meares and Ella L. Meares (Loveland); and his sister Jana Franklin. He is survived by: his cousins, Bob Meares (Elaine) of Flora and Mary Ann Pittman of Flora; and his close friends, Vickie Strange, Gary Lehman, Lisa Davis and Lisa Kincaid.
