He is survived by: his children, Mandy Foreman of Xenia and Kirby Foreman (Audrey) of Olney; his grandsons, Maverick Foreman and Michel Foreman of Xenia; and his siblings, Bus Foreman (Geraldine) of Sailor Springs, Mona Tokos of Malvern and Marla Raley of Noble.
