She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Lee and Mable Bowen (Passmore); her former spouse Rodell Theodore Hargis; her spouse Clintie Eugene Hamilton; and her siblings, Carl, Ralph Bowen, Mildred Yonaka, Thelma Altadona, Margie Haeber, Genevieve Pauline Lewis, Audrey Blacksher and Helen Gibson.
She is survived by: her son Franklin "Frank" Hargis (Norma) of Flora; and her grandchildren, Rebecca Belcher (Keith) of McLeansboro, Randy Hargis (Lisa) of Flora and Scott Hargis (Donna) of Flora. She is also survived by 7 great-grandchildren; 1 step-great-grandchild; and several great-great-grandchildren.
