He is survived by: his children, Clarence "Butch" Fore (Angie) of Troy, MO, Frank C. Fore (Penny) of Boquete, Jackie Buhl (Chris Garner) of Beckemeyer, IL and Tonia Hawf (Doug) of Allendale, IL.; his grandchildren, Tammy Humphrey (Barry) of Winfield, MO, Angie Bartle (Cory) of Sullivan, MO, Jeremy Fore of Hannibal, MO, James Fore (Jennifer) of Sullivan, MO, Gina Griffin (Tommy) of Fargo, GA, William Buhl (Brandy) of Madeira, OH, Philip Buhl (Cassie) of New Baden, IL, Rachel Hawf of Allendale, IL and Alex Hawf of Allendale, IL; his great grandchildren, Sarah Nicole Gunter (Matt), Gage Walker Bartle, Barry Lee Humphrey, Jr., Addison Fore, Tiffany Fore, Logan Buhl, Ivan Williams, Rebekah Williams and Patience Griffin; and his great great grandchildren, Bircklie Jean Fore, Khali Pennock, David Gunter and Luke Gunter.
Memorial contributions may be made in Frank's honor by donating to the Clay County Animal Rescue and Shelter in Louisville, IL, where he met and adopted his best dog, Oscar and these will be accepted through the funeral home.
