He is survived by: his daughters, Terri Lynn and Patricia Leigh; his grandchildren, Christopher, Greg, Jordan and Magen; his great grandchildren, Rayce, Rhett, Rylee and Rowan; and his brothers, Galen and Henry.
Memorials may be made to Cardinal Glennon Children's Hospital of St. Louis, and these will be accepted through the funeral home.
