It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Dorothy Tolliver of Flora, Illinois, born in Rantoul, Illinois, who passed away on August 25, 2022, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Alfred Holeman and Nina Holeman (Barnes); her husband John H Tolliver; her children, Beverly Griffy and Tom Griffy; her sisters, Carol Spencer and Juanita Stanley; and her grandson Shane Lewis.
She is survived by: her children, Mistie Urdaneta (Alfonso) of Salem and Scott Tolliver (Marla) of Salem; her daughter-in-law Lina Griffy of Louisville; and her sister Lois Smith of Flora. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren.
Memorial donations are suggested to a fund to assist local nursing home residents with hair care needs, and these donations will be accepted through the funeral home.
