She was predeceased by: her parents, Cassell Persinger and Leora Persinger (Sharp); her siblings, Donnie Persinger, LeRoy Persinger, Karen Fitch and Richard Persinger; her brother-in-law Bob Mitchell; and her pet Bandit.
She is survived by: her husband Bob Johnson of Flora; her children, Schiela Wilson (Steve) of Ingraham, Robert E. Johnson Jr. of Rinard and Diana Patterson (Danny) of Flora; her siblings, Michael W. Persinger (Dani) of Flora, Linda Halfacre (Jack) of Iuka, Rita Mitchell of Flora, Kathy Fitch (Homer) of Mt. Erie and Brenda Bradham (Dan) of Flora; and her pets, Patches and Dutchess. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren; 29 great-grandchildren.
Memorial donations are suggested to the family to assist with final expenses, and these will be accepted through the funeral home.
