David Wasmundt Sr. Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David Wasmundt Sr. of Flora, Illinois, who passed away on June 22, 2020, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Max and Selma Wasmundt (Galleau); his son David Paul Wasmundt Jr.; and his siblings, Louis Wasmundt, Robert Wasmundt, Andrew Wasmundt, Leona Delamatter, Florence Robinson, Faith Lee and Dorothy Wagar.
He is survived by: his wife Grace Wasmundt of Flora; his children, Ruth Marie Jones (Clarence) of Flora, Mary Louise Tanderup (Stephen) of East Northport, NY, William Wesley Wasmundt (Kristy) of Springfield and Karen Eckelberry (Darrell) of Flora; and his siblings, John Wasmundt of Racine, WI and Margaret Sieboldt. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great-grandchild.
Memorial donations are suggested to Faith Tabernacle Church and will be accepted through the funeral home.
