He was predeceased by: his brother Gabriel "Patch" Horn; his grandfather Carroll Horn; his uncles, LaVern Johnson Jr. and Brad Horn; and his cousins, Vance Horn and Rachel Horn.
He is survived by: his parents, Katie L. Castleberry (Johnson) of Flora and James Allen Horn of Mt. Vernon; his wife Veronica Horn of Flora; his siblings, Rebekah Horn Bell of Mt. Vernon and Joshua Horn of Flora; his nieces and nephews, Gage Schloemer (Stephanie) of Kansas, Kaeli Perez-Horn of Flora, Asher Horn, Shianne Horn of Iola, Cameron Horn of Louisville, Gracelyn Bell and Katelyn Bell of Mt. Vernon; his grandparents, LaVern, Dorothy Johnson of Keenes and Lou Horn of Mt. Vernon; and his aunts and uncles, Joe Johnson (Lisel) of Mt. Carmel, Wayne Johnson (Tina) of Fairfield, Tom Johnson (Tammy) of Patoka, Wes Johnson (Robin) of Fairfield and Bell Klanke (Dale) of Xenia.
