He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Hackney and Opal Hackney (Hammond); and his son David Hackney. He is survived by: his sons, Gary Hackney of Flora, Robert Foreman (Venita) of Bridgeport, Aaron Hackney of Olney and Danny Hackney; his sister Susie Ingram of Paris; and his stepbrother Fred Bright of Casey. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
