He was predeceased by: his father Burl; and his son Jeremy Paul Milligan. He is survived by: his wife Paula Harms Milligan; his sons, Joshua Milligan (Emily) of Newburgh, IN and Benjamin Milligan (Lori) of Birmingham, AL.; his brothers, Barry Milligan (Karen) of Baton Rouge, LA and Dana Milligan (Barbara) of Flora, IL; and his grandchildren, Lauren, Leighton, Logan Milligan, Brayden and Kaitlyn Milligan. He is also survived by his daughter-in-laws and grandchildren.
