He was predeceased by: his parents, Jess W. Miller and Louise Miller (O'Brien); his wife Evelyn Miller; and his sisters, Kay Regino, Sue Tillman and Velma Speagle.
He is survived by: his son Frank Miller (Amanda) of LaClede, Illinois; and his sisters, Faye Hatcher of Cisne and Lois Landreth (Roy) of Flora, Illinois. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
