It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty Eckelberry (Flora, Illinois), born in Wayne, Illinois, who passed away on April 7, 2019, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Marion Mitchell and Mary Mitchell (Orr); her brother Charles Mitchell (Shirley); and her children-in-law, Bob Tackitt and Connie Fout.
She is survived by: her children, Dan Fout of Henderson, Barb Tackitt of Flora, Doug Fout of Flora and Charles Mainer of Flora; her grandchildren, Bill Fout, Cheryl Church (Mike), Elizabeth Tackitt, Robby Tackitt, Seth Fout, Derek Mainer and Lindsey Mainer; and her brother Bob Mitchell (Hazel) of Fairfield. She is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
Memorial donations are suggested to Flora Gardens Activity Fund or a Charity of the Donor's Choice and will be accepted through the funeral home.
