She is survived by: her husband David Kurtz; her children, Jennifer Kurtz and Christopher; her daughter-in-law Mitzi Kurtz; her granddaughter Harper; her sister Christine; her brother-in-law Tim Keasling; and her child Chris. She is also survived by several extended family.
